Fun!
Dress and attitude casual
No dancing experience required, but a sense of humour is always handy.
Danceoholics Unanimous is a small, informal group of people who get together
on the second Friday of each month (except January and Easter) to laugh, chat and dance a lot. We do an eclectic mix of folk dances for those who want to try something different, or can't wait until the next big public dance. Music will often be recorded, not live, but if you can play some for fun, please offer! We do often have musicians.
7:30-10:30pm, Wesley Hall, 58 Melville St, Hobart
(five minutes walk from city centre – up Elizabeth St, turn left into
Melville St).
$6, concession $5, members $4, children $3.
Please bring a plate of supper to share.
All dances taught. No partner needed. All ages welcome. We try new and
different dances, including some challenging ones.
Above all, we have fun.
Dress and attitude: casual.
