I like computers too. Chatting and surfing...I hang in a yahoo chat room called Textiles 2 (or 5...try them all if you can't find us). It is actually a live music room since Yahoo shut down the user rooms. These people have inspired me to pick up my guitar again and play, play, play.
I love to garden! Now that I am in Colorado it's a whole new ballgame for growing things...semi-arid land with no topsoil....fun, fun!
I have discovered the joys of hiking, walking, strolling...whatever it takes to get out there and explore. I take the bus Downtown a lot and walk for hours shopping, doing the library thing and so on.
I also like to play Nintendo- not the new stuff either- the old 8 bit NES system.
Music
I like listening to all kinds of music except Gangsta rap. I like Alternative, Bluegrass and Southern Rock the best right now. I made a CD of myself on my computer and I listen to it a lot.
Movies
I don't have a lot of time for movies unless I have knitting or something to do while I am sitting there. My favorite movie of all times is Enemy of the State with Will Smith. T2, Star Wars (all of them), A Walk in the Clouds, The Grudge are some I like.
Television
Me and TV don't get along too well. I think it can be a major waste of time. When I have Dish Network I like the decorating shows on HGTV, Iron Chef, a bunch of stuff on BBC America. If I have network TV I like Fox... The Simpsons, Family Guy, so on.
One thing I really like to watch is ILLINOIS COLLEGE BASKETBALL!!! GO ILLINI!!!!!!
Books
I read all the time- The library is my best friend. I like Janet Evonovich, Steven King, Sue Grafton, and a host of others. Usually murder mysteries but I like non-fiction too.
