Update...:
Since appearing on this Myspace thing, various lovely people have written nice things about me. You can read a few of them here:
'The second best artist you have never heard of'
Wow. Pretty Much Amazing.
'Bristol House & Electro producers have started to make real power moves round the UK and beyond of recent times and one to definitely watch for 2008 is going to be PLIMSOULS. Condensing the sounds of house, electro, italo, 8-bit, rave and just pure synthesizer bliss into one big aural lazerbeam, Plimsouls unique style has been attracting attention from the major alternative blogs including the ever-popular Palms Out Sounds. Spanish blog Buffet Libre describe him as "The soundtrack to the best rave of your life" but this type of acclaim isn't fazing the 19 year old, who is continually improving on his sound and winning new fans daily, BUG included.'
Merci, Bristol Underground
'Buzzing with 8-bit goodness and a whole smorgasboard of influences... 2008 could well see this talent get some major props'
Birth School Work Death
Plimsouls is bringing some seriously fresh music. a SLIGHT hint of Institubes in “As It Happened”, 8-bit crushin’ in “Long Way Down”, both awesome. definitely check this out. damn these young kids making sick tracks!!

'Really one to watch out for in the near future'
Phase02
'An 8-bit-lazer-disco-house blend. Years ago, I imagined that music would sound like this, exactly like this.'
Kroto Music
'Normally when a band ads you on Myspace, its some dude whos invested 25 bucks on a mass-adding program, and has a trillion friends, and his music doesn't reflect his popularity at all.
But, a few months back I got an ad from Bristol's Plimsouls. It was so not the case. It was rad. It was like an itty-bitty injection of 8-bitty sunshine.
If you like the Crystal Castles, then you'll probably dig Plimsouls. Check out some Prozac without the side-effects, "Rebecca", below.
Somehow, another young, talented, yet UNISIGNED artist'
Thanks, Beeb Blog
'Plimsouls makes 8bitty, fun electro/bloghouse, full of catchy synth repetitions and propelling drum rhythms- and the feeling Don't Panic inspires is certainly pleasant and exciting, if a bit frenzied, like video games and too much sugar as a kid.'
No problem, Lofi-Hifi
'Also new on the scene is 19 year Brit Plimsouls who might just be, along with Kissy Sell Out, may help head up an answer to the current domination of the market by Paris.... Do check out his music as it's really quite something.'
'Up there with the best 8-bit artists around at the moment'
Thank you, plasticcowboys.blogspot.com
'At the tender age of 19, Plimsouls is definitely heading in the right direction'
Cheers, electriczoo.blogspot.com
