I am doing criminal law, constituitonal law, human rights, contract law, legal process and legal skills
for criminal law im using the jacquline martin books as well as Smith and hogan which is the leading criminal law book for both undergraduate and practioners apparently also the autor of the other book im using is Herring their criminal law for constitutional im using constiutional law and adminstiritve law and human rights but i forgot who its by Bournemouth isnt too bad i know there is alot of reading but its not bad its well organised and they post the powerpoints on the internet except i cant seem to access them which is starting to piss me off just a little its a bit odd having to read before the lectures and seminar rather than being set the work after the lesson. But i like it and yeah those people who havent done A level wont realise how much of stuff they are missing because in the lectures they just about skimthe idea of omissions and mention strict liablllity but thats it. The work books they gave us tell us to read loads of cases so i think that helps them if they dont do the work then they are stuffed I like it!!!
awwww kool but forsum reason ur a week ahead of me im only on actus reas no one understands strict liabillity in my seminar but i do hahahaha how are u ???? which uni are u at?
