Playing in Flip in Altenbuch, The band is p00kah, Stefan and Michael Picard and the very wonderful Roman! What a rythmn we set up that night. Still floating two feet off the ground ;-)
Born from a need to attract ladies and stop the voices in my head, Skunkfoot is a fusion of the philosophy of Pepe le Pue and a famous vegetable produce known for it's flavour and potency ... with a bit of foot kicked in!
Trawling through the gardens of my mind I occasionally come up with what can only be described as self-indulgent musings which tend to explore one or less ideas.
Mostly blues based, some colouring comes from influences, most from mistakes.
With the recent addition of Marco on percussion and Golty Farabeau on bass guitar, Skunkfoot is growing - there may be a cream for it though, don't panic!
Since The original Gathering in August2007 my collaborations with p00kah, Picard and Chocola through to September 2008 have helped me to find a more developed musical voice and have opened my heart and head to the possibilities and the realities of music!
