Dan David (Founding member of SAVED BY A VISION and Dan David Band) is an International Songwriter and Celebrated Musician.
Dan is also a FIRST CHOICE SESSION VIOLINIST working with today's most promising acts. Dan plays with international stars at places like the Air Canada Centre, TV appearances, and provides songs to major recording artists.
David J aka Roberts (featured singer) is also singing on There's Peace - as an acoustic sample, and on S T R O N G . He's also involved in booking shows for the band and plays a major role. David is also an actor, recently completing a main role on tv. He's appeared on many stations (GLOBAL, CTS, ETC) acting, performing and singing.
The band is also involved in playing for Fund raisers, and supporting good causes on a regular basis. WE are currently accepting Serious record offers, management and film music proposals.
Saved by a Vision is a collaboration of Songwriter/Canadian violin hero Dan David, and Vocalist extraordinaire David J.
While Dan has developed his unique style of playing and the inspiration for his writing comes from within, the following artists have also inspired us over time:
John Lennon and The Beatles, The Cranberries, Nirvana, U2, Sloan, The Smashing Pumpkins, to name a few.
You'll be surprised to see these influences considering most of our music comes from the violin, that's how Dan started writing his songs which got major offers.

Dan David (the first and middle names of Ukrainian born Dan Aronovich)
became the artist name of the young violin prodigy who turned to songwriting just upon completing his Classical training at McGill faculty in Montreal
"from Atlantic Sea Breeze publication".
"Around the age of 17, I discovered my true talent in songwriting. I started using the violin to write my songs as a need of deeper expression. Three years later, several Major labels offered publishing deals for my songs. I knew I was called to be not only a musician but also a Songwriter and Artist."
Dan Declined the offers at the time in 1999 having no representation to protect his rights. Dan continued to write and embarked on a teaching career. In early 2006, his first method book was published for teaching, called VIOLIN MADE EASY. Students describe it as the BEST method they ever used, easy and fun. The book is in stores Worldwide and subpublished in England (see Violin Made Easy for more details).
In 2004, Dan got back on track as a Songwriter/ performing artist to get his works published. He met singer ROBERTS and together they established the full band, also known as DAN DAVID BAND.
Since 2005, they have played sold out concerts, radio and several TV shows, and were interviewed by the press. They began working on Dan's new CD There's Peace, while the first one was already released in July 2004 and sold locally.
The new CD took more time, but finally came out in December 2007 as momentum picked up in the Summer of 2007 with countless appearances by Dan for fans in many different towns, outdoor concerts, even playing on Global TV and getting more press. Dan David's popularity continued to rise with performances for Political campaigns and for the Mayors in constant demand.
The new Album got a Distribution deal and was placed in STORES since February 2008 while Major labels are looking to sign the band for bigger distribution.
Dan David's fan base continues to grow enormously with performances at High schools and outdoor concerts reaching 10 000s of listeners and fans. Televised concerts and appearances already booked expect to reach over 20 Million new listeners who'll most likely become fans of the music that many describe as Magical and Inspiring each song having a story.
On July 2, 2008, Dan David Band performed The First Ones Here on Daystar National Television, and the show went out to around 250 Million viewers across U.S.A. and Europe.
The show was seen on Satellite in Israel, Brazil, Iran, Iraq, and many more.
Dan David also played one song live with Marty Goetz (on National Television). A short clip is on youtube.

Dan David is currenlty working on new U.S. touring, also Canadian dates will be filling up FAST, and more National TV shows and radio interviews.
A performance at Roy Thomson Hall on August 23rd opened new doors.
Also appearances for major sports teams will be announced, and you will be hearing the songs on Radio and Television as deals get signed. Stay tuned.
