Dan David (Founding member of the Dan David Band) is an International Songwriter and Celebrated Musician.
Dan is also working with today's most promising singers. Dan plays with international artists at places like the Air Canada Centre, TV appearances, and provides songs to major recording artists for Collaborations. ----------------------------------------------------
David J (featured singer) is also singing on There's Peace - as an acoustic sample, and on S T R O N G . He's also involved in booking shows for the Celtic side of the band.

Dan David became the artist name of the young violin prodigy who turned to songwriting just upon completing his Classical training at McGill faculty in Montreal "from Atlantic Sea Breeze publication".
"Around the age of 17, I discovered my true talent in songwriting. I started using the violin to write my songs as a need of deeper expression. Three years later, several Major labels offered publishing deals for my songs. I knew I was called to be not only a musician but also a Songwriter and Artist."

Dan Declined the offers at the time in 1999 and continued to write, he also embarked on a teaching career. In early 2006, his first method book was published for teaching, called VIOLIN MADE EASY. Students describe it as the BEST method they ever used, easy and fun. The book is in stores Worldwide.

In 2004, Dan got back on track as a Songwriter/ performing artist to get his works published. He met singer ROBERTS and together they established a band

Since 2005, they played sold out concerts, radio and TV shows, and were interviewed by the press. They began working on Dan's new CD There's Peace, while the first one was already released in July 2004 and sold locally. The new CD took more time, but finally came out in December 2007 as momentum picked up in the Summer of 2007 with countless appearances by Dan for fans in many different towns, even playing on Global TV and getting more press. Dan David's popularity continued to rise with performances for Political campaigns and for the Mayors in constant demand. It was in 2007 that Dan David also decided to make God a priority in his Life and make music to bring awareness of the Higher being.

The new Album got a Distribution deal and was placed in STORES since February 2008. David's fan base continued to grow enormously with performances at High schools and outdoor concerts reaching 10 000s of new listeners and fans. Televised concerts and appearances already reached over 200 Million new listeners who've most likely become fans of the music that many describe as Magical and Inspiring each song having a story.

On July 2, 2008, Dan David performed "The First Ones Here" on Daystar National Television, and "I will not be moved" with singer marty Goetz. The program was seen worldwide. short clips are on Youtube.

God's Sovereignty See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god beside me; I kill and I make alive; I wound and I heal; and there is none that can deliver out of my hand. (Devarim / Deuteronomy 32:39; ESV) I have been giving considerable thought lately to the subject of God's sovereignty. This has to do with the issue of how much God is in control of life. I am not looking for philosophical conclusions as much as biblical ones, since I accept that the Scriptures (Old and New Covenant writings) are God's accurate revelation of himself and of life. From my study of the Scriptures throughout the years I have discovered that God reveals his many-faceted truth without necessarily providing how its complexities work together. God is in no way obliged to satisfy our intellect. Rather he has graciously provided us in the Scriptures everything we need in order to live life the way he intended. This includes the command to seek him as to how we are to apply his Word to our lives. This is why we need to work hard at understanding what the Scriptures say and grow in the wisdom of how to live lives firmly based on its teaching. Therefore struggling over what the Scriptures teach about God's sovereignty and what it means for our lives is not a waste of time. Far from it! It is easy to claim to believe the Bible, but if we don't take the time to grapple with what it is saying, it is doubtful whether or not we have really allowed its teaching to have access to our hearts and minds.
