Our story is one of true success in the American spirit of the entrepreneur. We opened in 1977 with a one-room office and a yard in an abandoned dairy barn. Two people worked in the office and five in the field. There was one truck and one asphalt kettle. Reno had several well-established roofing businesses, and we knew it would not be easy getting a new business started. As it turned out, we were armed with what it would take to make the company a success. We now have a 25,000 - square foot office / warehouse with a one acre yard. We have 250 employees, and has 80 trucks. We also became 100% Employee Owned. We have seven unlimited contractor licenses in Nevada, California, and Utah.
