"I love media," he says. "I'm a paid up pop culture junkie. From the latest Madonna album to the leaks of some new electro band on MySpace, it all gives me that sexy, pit of the stomach feeling. I want it all, and I want it now. Just plug me in and give me that big sexy pop orgasm."
But Daneeeboy is feeling frustrated with the media today. "It's all 'sleb mags and reality telly rehashes. The mass media have become lazy. It's as if they took one look at the threat of the Internet, shit their pants and stopped trying."
So what is Daneeeboy's mission statement?
"I love pop culture, but it frustrates me. We're being fed a load of dumb shit at the moment, because it's easy. Anyone can take a photo of Britney and circle her acne, or write another expose about Kerry Katona's mental state. And it's sad, because there is some bloody fantastic stuff out there. Bands and artists, fashion, films, clubbing, everything. I want to make a change, and celebrate what's great, whilst ignoring the crap."
"I celebrate individuality and not the usual brainwashed common denominator rubbish magazines like 'Heat' and 'Us Weekly' pedal. I'd rather look like skanky, black hair, crazy Britney than the airbrushed blonde barbie Britney of old. I say be yourself, find your own identity and scream it."
He's not a blogger, or an artist, or a journalist, or a designer. He's all of that, and more.
"You can think of me as the ultimate pop product. Buy me, consume me, download me and enjoy me. I want to celebrate pop culture, embody pop culture, share pop culture and create pop culture. I want my name to become synominous with fantastic pop culture."
