i am not an atheist. i believe in my soul. i believe in my god. i believe everyday you wake, you must cherish and pray for another. do your best! you have always been, and you will always that ball of energy you are...you must make the best of it. karma karma karma! life in the third dimension is something. it's fresh and beautiful. i myself, chose to be more spiritual than religious...no religion is completely pure and no religion is wrong. there is one god and your soul. end of story...i am dan frostman and i write songs for myself and maybe you. it's all i have, and it's what i love. and remember love all you see, for you are not better, you shall not judge, you shall be quick to forgive. these are in every "religion"...so just relax..and don't worry about a thing! smile it all away! everything will work itself out in the long run in the light... ever since i was a wee little shite, music has flowed through my brain. some ideas come and go, others that won't stay away, come again. i have a full band...sweet lovin' soda co. and we are starting to rehearse many new and old ideas with new recordings on the way...many ideas get sewn together over the years like a rock opera. all different parts written on different occasions and transposed together... "melody o melody, bring me your uproar, send me your revolution!" we are entering the third psychedelic era of music...pop combined with different arrangement and crazy sounds...the first...the 60's...the best...then the 80's british...and now...with anton newcombe at the helm...and me...so get ready, it's going to be absolute beauty at its finest! but pop psych has always existed. in the 60's it was forefront...80's...independent...the main point is to open minds to the music that was pure and honest and innocent and magical...this is the time...and it's now!
music...the energy, the vibes...unexplainable. not always there but delicately astonishing. whether it's writing, playing or listening, i can't get enough. of the 60's that is. and a good lazy tambourine and a melancholy melody...the 60's are where my heart lies...untouched since day one. come dream the phantastic fuzz! if there's one thing i can say...relax, take a wonderful breath of air, take a time out and listen for the birds singing their songs and look around and realize love is in everything you come across. it's god, it's you and me...good and bad. say hello to people. wave to strangers. hold doors for grannies, tell your mum you love her, don't speed, let go of the ego!!!!! dream away. be one with God...be his instrument to preserve peace and love throughout the universe. and for once you stop dreaming, lord knows it's time to die. try not to smoke cigarettes and drink too much booze. eat right. drink lots of water. meditate. believe in your soul and know that we are all part of this wonderfully, complicated, beautiful puzzle together. just know that you've got this time to live-here-now and prove yourself with doing what you've always loved to do. arthur lee said it: "this is the time in life that i am living, and i'll face each day with a smile..." today might be your last day...so live it to its fullest...live, breathe, walk, and feel love all the way down through the ocean floors...and one day you'll wake up, and everything will be much more beautiful than you expected it to be...love what you do...
