The one but powerful tiding at turning 72* is the new talent for avoiding such useless tortures! -----------"Fate dispenses favor or misfortune according to its own whims" ..who said that?..anyone know?...bastard!--(Many are called, few are chosen..)-------------------3 things I currently wish for?? ..in love (?), in Paris, in my twenties-------3 things I'm ashamed of ..sugar, laziness, my best songs-(as though what feels good must be contemptible.) ----------------------------- I never allow the love of clarity to overpower the lust for mystery-----------------------------------------------I don't have strong political beliefs. I dunno.. somehow I think that makes people narrow minded. I think if voting made a difference it would be illegal. - it's politicians a go-go "on the take". (3 piece suit criminals I call 'em). The rich make their own rules. I vote w/ my wallet and keep a skeptical distance.. I spose what I stand for is the individual. It's like I'm saying, "Hey, you in the back of the class with the big ears, you can be something too."------------------------------------------------------------ I have a flawed understanding of most things.. I don't know much, but I know that the innocent don't control this world.----------------------------------------------I have a great memory but I forget everything.-------I sometimes annoyingly answer rhetorical questions-----The fame I love is the fame of others.-------------- I'm not a substance abuser; I have no substance..no, really,..I'm alright. I just gotta make sure I'm in the clock by 6 O'shower.--------------------------brain cancer causes cell phones, brain damage causes drugs..blahblah.-------------------------------------When given roses, I put them in a vase of red wine--------------------------------- I relax by walking on the ceiling.---------------------------I have a number of good points -just can't think of any... My place? ..You know, ..window shades..scotch on the dresser.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------I'm forever trying to figure out why I race to the deadly flame of a femme fatale..hmm.. maybe because she represents a change from the daily grind, the straightjacket of normal life. Nothing is more likely to drive a man to crime than the soul-numbing ordinariness of existence. Any change, no matter how destructive, is preferred to the suckers life of 9 to 5. ..but in the end, love will always be betrayed or end in disillusion, so I find fleeting pleasures enjoyable.-------- -------------------------------------------------------Daylight challenged? not so much these days.--------------------------------------------------Religious? - might as well admit that God exists; By believing in Him we can blame Him for everything.
