Dangerous Kid is the collision of three young musicians: Jay Rapoport (piano/vocals/songwriting), Matt Dosberg (bass), and Paul Withers (drums). Formed in 2005 in Washington DC, this trio is bringing quality songwriting, musicianship, and passion back to rock & roll, with a little mischief thrown in to shake things up. Every song pulses with Jays piano pounding, Pauls heavy rhythms, and Matts funk-inspired grooves. Taking cues from Ben Folds Five, Billy Joel, and Maroon 5, they spit out pop songs without the sugarcoating. Their debut EP "On the Loose" was released in November 2005, and their new full-length record, "The Day Has Come" is out now!
