Swedish singer/songwriter, guitarist and producer currently living in Riberalta, Bolivia.
Born and bred in the lovely city of Malmö he later moved to Stockholm.
DH had a highly successful career as an artist in the 80s and early 90s when he was
awarded with several gold and platinum albums in his native Sweden.
He was also awarded with Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet’s "Rockbjörnen" two years
in a row as Sweden’s best artist by popular vote.
In 1987 he also toured Zambia and Zimbabwe in support of the ANC.
However, life on the road eventually lost some of it’s attraction and in the late 90s he more or less gave up his career as an artist in favour of producing and songwriting.
He has since produced and written for several major swedish artist such as Totta Näslund
and Tomas Ledin.
In 2005 he also produced former Rockpile guitarist Billy Bremner’s album "No Ifs, Buts,
Maybes".
In October 2007 DH moved to the Amazonas where he has started writing songs for his
first soloalbum in 15 years. He also brought a portable studio with him in order to be able
to do some recordings in the rainforest.
The writing goes very, very well and the album is scheduled to be finished some time in early 2009 unless he gets totally subdued by the Cambatempo.
