The Basics

My name?
Well you'd have to be quite stupid
if you haven't figured it out!

It's Danielle, Danie for short.
My birthday is none of your business really.
But if you really MUST know,
I was born in November
in The Year Of The Ox.
What color are my eyes?....What color is my hair??
Well look at my picture duh.
My Heritage is very mixed I guess you could say
I'm a mutt!
English, Irish, German, Polish-Russian,
Swedish, French, Dutch.
I was born in Upstate New York, where I lived
until I was 13 years old.
Currently I'm stuck between
Mickey Mouse and Daytona Beach,
in other words tourist hell!
In regards to the REAL world, and me:
I have an amazing husband, whom I love more than
anything in this world.
He is the reason I am who I am today.
We have been together for almost 14 years.
We have been married for 10 years.
And we have a twelve year old son, who is the best
and worst of each of us combined,
which is just a trip!
He
IS our world.
I often find myself caring too much about a lot
of things and end up wearing myself thin
because of it.
Which typically causes some sort of melt down...
Where I just sleep all my free time away or escape
into one of my favorite movies.
If it is a normal average day in my world,
I have my glasses on because I'm too lazy to
mess with putting my contacts in.
I am typically in shorts and a tank top,
my long hair is clipped up/pulled back
because Florida is hot!
I have seven piercings all in my ears,
not because I don't like piercings in other places,
but because, I don't want to go through the healing
process of a pierced other place!
I also have nine tattoos.
My fears are few but intense, I'm sure if I were to
see a professional they would be diagnosed as phobias.
But what the fuck do professionals know anyway?
If you care enough to actually look them up
these are three of my fears that sometimes
consume me if I allow them:
Autophobia, Gephyrophobia, and Keraunophobia
I'm addicted to caffeine, and chocolate.
On occassion, I've been known to have a drink,
usually a Grape Bomb(or just skip the bomb part)
or a Killians.
I try not to swear infront of people it would offend,
especially children,
but sometimes, it just fucking slips!
The list of people I really care about is very small.
It grows smaller the older I get.
This is for many reasons:
1) People suck
2) People cannot be trusted
3) People will use you, causing you hurt and pain
4) People LIE
5) People suck (worth repeating)
If I actually care about you, it will be the
best gift you could ever ask for.
If you decide to take advantage of me,
You will find yourself in a situation one day
where I will be rejoicing in your misery
I will dance to your grief.
Politically Speaking:
I am a registered VOTING Democrat,
and I define myself as a liberal.
I believe that people can change the world,
but I also believe that our government needs
to fix what is wrong here at home
instead of spending $$527,681,000,000+
(that's OVER Five Hundred TRILLION)
on the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
I support Civil Rights, including Gay Marriage.
I feel that if an imigrant wants to come to America
and enjoy our freedoms they should do it legally.
I also believe that it is the right
of every woman
to chose.
I am highly patriotic!
I do what is within my own power to support
The American Soldier.
After all it's not their fault they have a
Commander In Chief who is a total fucking moron!
I hate that they are fighting for political
agendas, and I want them home NOW!
They have my highest respect and
appreciation, they do a job that I
personally could never do.
My heart goes out to them and their families.
Spirituality
I hold spirituality higher than religion.
I belive in a higher power.
You can define or label that in any way you wish.
God, Jehovah, Allah, Jah, Goddess, Jesus,
it doesn't matter what name you call God,
as long as you do call God!
I was raised in a Lutheran Church in my youth
and attended several different churches in my
life all focused on the Christian Religion.
So it is second nature for me to think of God as He.
Although I believe He has no specific gender,
but is equal parts of each.
I also know that the historical person named Jesus
was not a white man.
I believe that Jesus is the son of God.
But that thought does not close me off to any other
religion, or way of thinking.
I have views from all different religions that I
incorporate into my own personal relationship
with the One I call God.
I believe in Karmic Law.
I try my best everyday to live my life
adhering to The Golden Rule.
