They are two of the most accomplished musicians I have run across in a long time, said Don Rigsby, head of the Kentucky Center for Traditional Music. Amy and Daniel are masters of their art, added Alex McKinven, who coordinates the Mull of Kintyre Festival in Scotland. Pulsating, heart stopping reels and jigs, their music defies an audience to remain seated--simply exhilarating!
When not performing, Daniel and Amy teach private fiddle, violin, mandolin, and guitar lessons, passing along America's rich musical heritage to students of all ages. In tandem with their private instruction, they travel throughout the U.S. and abroad conducting fiddle workshops and master classes in addition to music camps such as Mark O'Connor's Fiddle Camps and String Conferences, The International Fiddle School at Vanderbilt University, and the Swannanoa Gathering.
From the Grand Ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee to venues and audiences across the country as well as Canada and the British Isles, Daniel and Amy's unique musical style has been heard far and wide. Whether mesmerizing the audience with a slow harmony or busting bow strings on foot-stomping hoedowns, the Carwiles deliver, straight from the heart.

Hey Daniel, Thanks for posting Sally Goodin' on myspace. I've shown it to several of my students! Oh, and have received, but not yet tried, new rosin. Thanks.
Thank you so much for introducing me to your circle of friends.
I find your music to be enchantingly beautiful and uplifting, something that I know will keep on drawing me back again and again.
Wishing you happiness and tranquility in all things.
I'm sure we must have crossed paths, if not actually met this past week outside the Cooper Music Center at PLNU during the Mark O'Connor Strings Conference.
Please take a look and see if you are in any of my photos, either those in my Blog, or the full collection of images in one of my special photo directories. If you can identify any of the performers whose names I've forgotten to include in the captions, that would be a great help. Feel free to use any of my photos should you happen to be captured in them.
I want to tell again how much I enjoy and love your music. Bravo for all the joy you've brought to me and many others through your playing!!!
