About me:
 Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor Piacere di conoscerti! Mi chiamo Daniele, sono romano e suono il basso da quando ho 16 anni. La mie radici affondano nel rock, ma sono anche profondamente innamorato del buon vecchio funk degli anni '70 (Chic, EWF, Kool & The Gang etc). Da circa due anni ho aperto, assieme a due musicisti romani, uno studio di registrazione ed un service audio. Attualmente suono con GLI SPARI SOPRA, una notissima cover band di Vasco (con all'attivo oltre 400 esibizioni in circa 10 anni di esistenza) ed ho inciso tracce di basso per alcuni artisti e band underground di Roma tra i quali i SONORA "1968" - In passato ho suonato in diverse band underground (i Totem sono quelli che ricordo con più affetto) per poi cambiare radicalmente genere ed "ambiente" unendomi ai 33Gradi, una dance-revival band molto attiva sul finire degli anni '90. Con loro ho avuto l'opportunità di esibirmi nei più importanti locali di Roma (AKAB, Horus, Jam, Caffè Latino ecc) nonché di accompagnare in tournée artisti quali Alberto Camerini e Belen Thomas. Nel 2002 ho partecipato alle registrazioni dell'album "Quello Che Io Sento" della pop band ReV ed ho inciso alcuni brani dance/house di buon successo commerciale assieme ai miei "compari" di coverband Luca ed Armando, questi brani sono stati pubblicati dall'etichetta del noto DJ/Producer Morales. Recentemente ho partecipato alle recording-sessions del debut album del rocker romano Daniel Ray
I'm a Bass Player from Rome. I have strong rock'n'rool roots but i'm also in love with the old good '70 Funk (Chic, EWF, Kool & The Gang etc). Since a couple of years i own a recording studio and and audio/lights equipment rental service. At the present time i play in a well-known Vasco Rossi cover band named GLI SPARI SOPRA (Note for foreign Myspacers: Vasco Rossi is our national rock'n'roll hero). In the past years i've played with some underground bands (TOTEM was the most important) then, at the end of the '90, i've joined the '70 funk revival band 33GRADI... we performed in the most important clubs of my beautifoul town and set on fire a huge number of dancefloors... wow! What a nice time! In the year 2003 i've recorded a pop album with a band called ReV (QUELLO CHE IO SENTO) and, also, played some bass lines for an House/Funk project led by my bandmates Armando and Luca; those tracks were published by the label of the famous Dj/Producer Morales. I've recently recorded the bass lines on SONORA's second album "1968" and Daniel Ray's debut album "Streets Of Fire"
