My name is Danielle; I like the way my name looks with my middle name Brittany so I sometimes write it that way lol. I'm a sophomore at Florida State University in Tallahassee & majoring in Psychology(for now) but plan on switching to either Musical Theater or Vocal Performance. I love psychology but music & singing will always be my #1. Nothing is set in stone just yet; I have time to explore & see what else is out there. I'm starting my 4th semester @ FSU and love it here. I enjoy spending time with all of the new people I've met so far in Tallahassee: going to local shows, out dancing and just having fun. I'm glad I got you to rediscover yourself ;) And I kinda have to scold you on the partying aspect of being in college....that's what almost EVERYBODY wants when they go to college....more socializing and partying. It's kind of sad really (not pointing the finger at you, I'm stating in general), then when the year or program comes to a close, they try hard to get sober and rush around doing last-minute papers and mega ultra cramming. Don't fall into that category of statistics hun! You have a beautiful head on your shoulders and I know you have potential. You used to WRITE! That alone is potential! You is a very creative individual, and artistic, by all the pics you take :P Don't change yourself for ANYONE or ANYTHING, this world seriously needs more creative, open-minded and free-flowing people like you and me. Honestly. I've seen it in NY and even more so here in LA....there are so many people that dress the same or look the same (hair is a huge lookalike contest; same with pants), and yet they all say they are their own person. Blah. Aboot my acting and modeling....well.....it was by total luck that I got into the entertainment industry. It started in nyc in 2006 when I went to One Source Talent with my ex-gf...and of course, her breaking up with me, I definitely didn't want to go with her....but I gave in and went. We got there, she was interviewed, before we left, the talent specialist told me I have a good look and told me to return on x date, so I did. I got interviewed 3 times, 3 different days, and got accepted. So OST is my management company and they are located in LA, Chicago, and NY. The 2nd biggest reason I moved back to California was for my acting career. There are castings that go up EVERY DAY. The AAR audition was casting for a guy that could play a muscular douche bag throughout the story of the music vid. :P I got more defined/toned since I last had a shoot, and got a tiiiiny bit more muscle, so any pic you see on here with my shirt off is old...
After you're done with your program, you can always go back to school for something else if that's not what you want...I'm all about following your passion in life. If you do what you love, you'll love what you're doing! I'm actually going back for a bachelor's in Game Art and Design, I can draw and I want to become a professional artist. Speaking from an artist's point of view, myspace (in my opinion) is better because it's more creative/artistic, you can build your profile to cater to your personality, while facebook is strictly a social tool where everyone's profile is the same. Blah! :P
So, about my activities on the west coast, I have been applying to castings for films and tv. Last week I went to an audition for an All-American Rejects music video. Besides all that craziness and going to Hollywood a lot, I've been doing some carpentry, gardening, and a tiny bit of masonry...I've been helping my mom and step-dad maintain the apartments we own. Tis a lot of work!
