Multi-award winning artist Danielle Egnew's name is synonymous with success. Boasting a tremendous career in music, film, and TV, and as the Artist / Producer fronting popular 90’s all-girl band Pope Jane, she was named as one of the 10 Most Powerful Lesbians in Music by Curve Magazine and one of the Top Female Music Producers by Music Connection Magazine.
In 2008, Danielle, both separate and with her band Pope Jane, was nominated for a total of nine Tuney Awards, as well as her solo album RED LODGE being nominated for BEST FOLK RECORDING at the 2008 NAMMY Awards. Danielle was a three-time nominee for the Hollywood All Access Music Awards in both 2007 and 2006, winning Best Pop Keyboardist (2007) and Best Pop/Alternative Female Guitarist (2006). As a composer, both her pop and orchestral works appear in both film and TV.
Danielle was part of the VDAY WestLA celebrity charity cast of Vagina Monologues along with Jennifer Beals, Alexandra Hedison, Jill Bennett, and Rachel Shelly. She was also part of the New York VDAY celebrity cast of along with Ally Sheedy and Kathryn Erbe (Law and Order CI). Danielle has been featured on several magazine covers and in books about the music industry on Billboard Publishing, being lauded as a true creative prodigy.
You may even recognize Danielle's appearances as herself on Haunted Voices, Spirit Search, and NBC’s The Weakest Link: Psychic’s Edition, as one of the most internationally respected Clairvoyant Mediums today. Most recently, Danielle wrote, starred, and directed in the upcoming feature film "Montgomery House: The Perfect Haunting" -- a riveting paranormal documentary, now slated for release late summer / fall of 2009.
