daniel pate is a musician and human, who takes great pleasure in writing about himself in the third person. he has made, and continues to make, beautiful music with his computer and guitar and mouth and brain (and enviable collection of charity shop vinyl), in a sort of trip hop-y synth-y sample-y style (good reference points would be the work of nightmares on wax, lemon jelly and mr scruff, but with lyrical content more influenced by the likes of neutral milk hotel and cLOUDDEAD).
