Daniel Paxton is a 17 year old singer/songwriter from the North East of England. His first taste of the lime light came at the age of 8, when he competed in a local talent show called "Starsearch" and came second overall. After the competition his parents were approached by a local singing coach offering lessons for the young boy's voice, which they immediately accepted.
After a few months of training Daniel wanted to show off his new skills, so to gain expierence his parents took him to local bars and restaurants whenever they had karaoke/open mic nights on. At the age of 12 Daniel joined one of the north east's most promising stage school's, to work not only on his singing, but also dancing and acting too. He soon found a new passion for acting and started joining local drama clubs and also taking part in his school production's. From his acting he has had the chance to perform at many venues such as the theatre royal in Newcastle, but singing is still his main priority. He is also becoming a regular in the recording studio, recording both his own material and his take on old classics!!!!
