Daniel Pearson has been writing, playing and performing in various rock, punk and indie bands for a decade. He released singles, toured the UK and earned his stripes before going solo in late 2007. The talented and prolific singer-songwriter now trades in timeless, heartfelt and intelligent songs steeped in classic rock n' roll and alt. country, and he is currently one of the top independent acts on MySpace. His infectious songs are currently winning him new fans every day and his last project, The Blueprint (in which he released a new song online every week for 6 months), gained him local, national and international recognition. In 2008 he recorded sessions for BBC Radio, won XFM Manchester's Music: Response competition, supported US indie stars Rooney on tour and played headline live dates arcoss the UK.
After a short hiatus, he's now writing and recording new songs for his debut album, set for release in autumn 2009.
