It was revealed in an FBI trial that all they have to do is call your cellphone and software automatically installs. It makes it so your phone calls a phone number and they listen anytime they want. It is completely undetectable. The phone does not even need to be on. The only way to defeat this is to disconnect the battery. Also all digital cell phones have GPS locating pre built in them. That was made mandatory by an American law back in 2001. Also cell phones read RFID chips.
