| General | * Writing: it's such a liberating experience. I mostly dabble on random stuff, such as fics, short-stories, or most often, book and movie reviews.
* Reading: I pretty much like a bit of everything. Whether it be romance (from classic to cheesy, Harlequin-ish stuff), historic fiction (Ki Longfellow's Secret Magdalene), sci-fi stuff (Brian Aldiss), horror/gothic (Stephen King, early V.C. Andrews). Twilight is kind of a guilty pleasure.
* Languages: I love learning new languages. I speak Spanish (Native Language), but I mostly write in English to improve my knowledge. Getting to learn Portuguese and Italian. | | Music | * Pop/rock and brit pop (Coldplay, Keane, Dido, U2, Snow Patrol, The Fray, and a long etc)
* Singers: James Blunt, James Morrison, Nelly Furtado, Josh Groban, Enya, Phil Collins, etc.
* Country: just getting started with it, thanks to Carrie Underwood.
There are many songs I hear on TV Series such as Scrubs and Grey's Anatomy that I like, and go look for them on the Net. Thanks to that I got to hear great artists like KT Tunstall, Ryan Star (my new rocker crush!), Ingrid Michaelson, Joshua Radin, Brandi Carlile, and many more. | | Movies | Any John Hughes 80s teen movie, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Say Anything, Schindler's List, E.T., Back to the Future (the three of them), the Virgin Suicides, etc. | | Television | Scrubs, Grey's Anatomy, Lie to Me, That 70s Show, Heroes, Married with Children, Roswell, Sliders, Smallville. | | Books | V.C. Andrews (the REAL VCA), Melinda Metz, J.K. Rowling, Stephen King, Gabriel Garcia Marquez, etc. I also enjoy Paranormal Romance. | | Heroes | Anyone who dares to defy the default system, and leave a mark on the world by possitive actions, is a hero to me. |

Nerdy, quirky Venezuelan working class chick. USB Hotel Management grad (Graduated June 2008).
Travel Agent in training, ready to learn more about new countries, and cultures. Loves reading, writing, ranting, PhotoShop, and more.
Also a budding writer, still getting the hang of it. Many fanfics of mine should be around the Net, a few I'm proud of, some I'm not so much. Willing to hear feedback, though.
