Daniel Vincent is a multi-instrumentalist and producer, who is most commonly known as one half of post-progressive duo The Resonance Association.
Daniel has also released two collections under his own name:
The Brixton Session (2004) - a 4-track EP of songs recorded live at Slap Studios, Brixton, England in May 2004.
This Building Is Under Electronic Surveillance At All Times (2009) - an album of songs recorded on location in Norfolk, England, using laptop, guitar and found sounds.
Conceived, written and recorded in a week whilst hidden away in the English countryside, This Building Is Under Electronic Surveillance At All Times sees multi-instrumentalist and producer Daniel Vincent take time out from his other musical activities - The Resonance Association, Safety Deposit Box and Lovers of London - to project a snapshot of his own personal musical world.
The six-track album - running time approximately 60 minutes - pushes the buttons that one would expect from Vincent’s other projects: industrial pop, heavily processed guitar wigouts, processed electronic beats and a dark ambient progressive masterwork.
There are two versions of the album: a free download version, and a special deluxe edition cd which includes the exclusive track Meanwhile: a mind altering 28-minute ambient/drone soundscape.
Thanx 4 wanting 2b friends...crazy week 4 me-my 1st album came out last week... the only acoustic track is a 'hidden track' @ the end of #12. wish U could hear it, but this website cuts you off after 2 minutes...
