Daniel Wesley hails from the Greater Vancouver area in supernatural British Columbia, Canada.
The summer of 2007 brought the buzz surrounding them from a steady hum to a definite roar. It began with an enthusiastic rise and Top 5 finish in the Fox Seeds Contest from Vancouver's 1 rock radio station, 99.3 THE FOX. Next came the release of their sophmore album, "Sing + Dance", which produced the outrageously popular first single "Ooo Ohh" - the most requested song of 2007 in the city of Vancouver!
Their sound which is reminiscent of beach, roots, reggae and rock has earned them heavy rotation on The Fox and several weeks as the best selling album at Zulu Records. On top of those successes followed seven sold out shows, including one astounding night at the well known Richards on Richards.
The culmination came with their headlining the annual Santa Fox Ball at the prestigious Commodore Ballroom, which sold out in a record five minutes!
The beginning of 2008 was marked with the rerelease of "Sing + Dance" to every outlet across Canada throuh Grifter Music/Fontana North as well as back to back sold out shows at the Commodore Ballroom. The band also earned opening slot with The Trews on their cross-Canada tour.
Undoubtedly this year will bring new sucesses and milestones as they set out with the Canada wide release of their album, touring and riding the wave across the country, down the West coast and overseas.

That was a great set at The Horseshoe, ska-tinged rock that's high-energy and upbeat. A trio that's tight, led by the maestro Daniel Wesley, collectively, a passion for creating music, but most importantly, the joy of performing and having their hearts in the right place. Keep to your musical vision and feel free to come back to Toronto.
Glad the tour is exciting (and probably exhausting). I keep thinking of all the fans you'll collect along the way. We'll wait, but isn't the ocean calling you home? (Heather - Vancouver)
Hey! Saw you open for The Trews in Winnipeg and thought you were great! One of the best opening bands I have seen in quite some time! Keep on keepin' on! Cheers!
