Hey there!
I'm Dan Lugo, a twenty-four year-old who is 6'1'', 145 lbs., and barely in shape. I do my own grocery shopping, and I cook. I live in Illinois, where it never ceases to be cold. Ever.
I write songs far too often. I've put out two CD's, the latest of which is Defy the Stars. It was the latest step in my musical adventure. Critics have this to say:
"I put it in my CD player and it's like happy rays of sunshine!" - Sloaney of Beth (/bethbathandbeyond)
"Most CD's kind of sound the same all the way through, but yours is different almost every track. It keeps it interesting. I like that a lot." - Joe Mann
"I listened to Defy the Stars twice on my way back to Orlando yesterday and I just had to say that I absolutely love it and its in my top album list now. I've had it for a while, but never really sat down and truly listened to it till yesterday. I'm looking forward to the next cd." - Riley
"It's my favorite CD!" - my mom
The unfortunate part about being in grad school, for many friends and for myself, is that I moved to Chicago. Here is an ode speaking to that lament:
I love getting together and getting coffee (even though that's just the phrase I use for conversation over any hot beverage, such as cocoa, or my favorite - tea.) So, let's go get some coffee!
my only reason to besides stoppen in on you got pissed off at me 10 months ago and now is getting married to one of them bible schoolers...no good bible schoolers ha so no not really
You are aboslutely a God send. You Are a blessing my dear friend. Have I told you lately how much of a Stud you are? Oh by the way, just for you i put up a new pic. More to come.
I'm moving to Wheaton (well, Glen Ellyn, technically), so not too far from you! I ended up being able to graduate UCF even though I took a semester off, and am starting grad school for teaching.
Anyhow. So I'm going to need the grand Chicagoland tour or something! Or I at least need to learn where all the good coffeeshopish/venue places are, haha.
dude, nice! Thanks for the comment, I like your stuff alot. It's great to hear encouragement like that! Keep writing music, keep embracing your talent, cause you've got it. God bless =)
I'm exhausted too. You know how Florida heat is, if you walk out side for 30 seconds to check your mail you have to take a 2 hour nap to regain your strength. BUt running is a good excuse too.
On your way to becoming the next Arnold huh? Meow.
