I have been in the music industry over 12 years professionally. My background goes from working at major labels in promotions and marketing to then working independently for many of these labels and artists such as Ruff Ryders, Aaliyah, Blackground, Interscope to running the label for Patchwerk Recordings then becoming the General Manager for Patchwerk Recording Studios for many years until I was approached by NFL's 2x Pro Bowl NFL Wide Receiver Mushin Muhammad to create and establish his Baylo Entertainment which I ran for about 5 years. After that venture ended I started to focus more on the digital market which became dominant in the last years of Baylo in addition to my entertainment career, I was also very well versed in web development and graphic design. So I started Digital Media Concepts & Solution which has a few sub ventures that are basically extensions of DMCS. DMCS is the platform to those venture as DMCS is focusing strictly in supporting and developing these properties. The primary objective of Digital Media Concepts & Solutions is to create networks, resource and outlets that pipeline projects through the digital highway. We do so by integrating the latest technologies, programming and development.
