I feel truly blessed to make my living playing music. I've been playing guitar for 20 years and bass for 5. I am currently on tour with King's X as guitar tech for Ty Tabor. I also play bass full time with The Mother Truckers and guitar for Shandon Sahm, son of Texas music legend Doug Sahm as well as my own project Ironclad. I also have an instrumental experimental 2-guitar jam project in the works called Red River Day Care. I've toured through most of America and have been active Austin's Red River music community since the fall 2000. In addition to The Mother Truckers (Funzalo) and Shandon Sahm (Killing Bird), I have recorded and/or toured with Eric Tessmer, Southern Gun Culture (Arclight/Monotremata), the Ryan Bales Band, Velvet Brick (Mesa) and the Mark McKinney Band.
In my spare time I build Armour Roadcases and Pedalboards, photograph bands and perform bizarre scientific experiments on effects pedals and other gear.
My guitar influences are Jimmy Page, Tony Iommi, Ace Frehley and the mighty Joe Walsh. Bass influences are Cliff Burton, Geezer Butler and John Paul Jones.

I think we're both batting well over a 1000 for the shit-faced-in-Kansas-City statistic because we are always sure to put in the extra effort. Of course, if we're gonna start throwing in Springfield or (God-forbid) Branson...
