Bio of Danny Rich
Born and raised in Baltimore, Danny Rich began singing at his church at age 17. Growing up in a family of musicians, Danny Rich calls this his destiny. Most notably, his older brother was a member of a group from Baltimore called Ruff Endz who also recorded songs with Platinum Artist DRU HILL. Danny Rich's music career blossomed during his college years at the University of Delaware. Relatively young in his music career, he has already achieved what has taken others years to master in a very short time. Danny Rich has shared the stage with an array of Platinum Artists like Calvin Richardson, Floetry and Byron Cage. Danny Rich is more than just a singer. He has developed into a complete musician by becoming a singer, songwriter and producer. In 2008, Danny Rich teamed up with numerous platinum producers from across the world. Danny Rich also works closely as a producer with Delaware based Big Boy Beatz Inc. As an up and coming producer, Danny Rich is a featured producer on r&b singer Dgoode's latest album entitled "Listen Up". Moreover, Danny Rich has produced for Tennessee Rapper Haystak, Hell Rell, "East Coast" Illson. Currently, he is working projects with former Universal Motown artist, Angel DeMar and Rapper Blu Chip. In his debut album "ALL THAT I AM", Danny Rich captures listeners with his soulful voice and captivating lyrics. Danny Rich sites influences like Donny Hathaway, Deitrick Haddon, and Otis Redding as inspirations for his music. "My music is about my life experiences," as he explains. Danny Rich recently completed his sophomore album entitled "Through My Eyes" and is set for release in 2009. Danny Rich is set to debut his new single "She's a Winner" with a music video as well directed by up and coming producer Dep.
