I recently started to play guitar (yea for me!) Im comming along nicely and feel in 20 years or so someone may actually be impressed with my playing. I like playing though its kinda like sailing, without the water.
Movies
I like smart films with great plots that are edited cool, like the butterfly effect and pulp fiction. I also like mindless crap that has lots of speed and carnage (male gene) :)
Television
Love heros and DR who (yes Im a big geek) I can get into trek but would never don a costume or go to a "convention". Ok maybe Id go to look at the denizens but more for fun then to show off my ferengi nature.
Books
Love books. Ever read stainless steel rat?? Great crap. Love all hitchihiker books, admit that the star wars books are way better than the movies. Cant read fletch books without laughing so loud I desturb others. Love James bond stuff as well. Umm yea I read alot.
Heroes
Ive met many. Usually people who keep it all together without whining (much) Look around you there everywhere.

I then got a 68 squareback (nice car!!) then got into a 64 bug a 71 bus (love the bus...man!!) 64 manx style tub buggy So as you can see I like VW's....why? well it all started with Herbie (god Im impressionable by the media!!) anywho turns out they are really cool cars and they sound cool when the idle is set real low :) cuttitu puckita (I can listen to that all day) also I found they are great cars to work on so I got hooked.. and even own one to this day (66 bug).. Then time moved on and I got old fat and married (not in that order!!) I got into scca cone racing in an 89 trans am gta I built up and did drifting and all sorts of other stuff,,,Ice raced a 76 scirroco on a frozen lake (fun fun). I miss the scirraco. I went through a jeep faze (still have jeep flash backs man). I was into hard core off roading where a winch was a necessity and a stuck was something to look forward to... (Kool get to use the new clevis man~!!). I got into RC airplanes in 96 and am now as hooked on those as I am on cars. I got married to my wonderful wife Regina in 92 and for some reason have not been able to screw it up yet (crossing fingers and knocking on wood). I got three wonderful daughters that show absolutely no interest in anything Im interested in. They are big time into dance and cheerleading. Oh I forgot WE all like Camping so I guess we got SOMETHING in common. Love the camping.

I'm trying to finish my Honda Prelude. I sold my original Mini engine, then I bought a whole donor car with a JDM 40-50k mile engine in it already... once I get the Prelude restored and painted, I'm going to try and ask a fair price for it. I'm going the extra mile trying to make it look, feel, and smell like it is brand new so when some one is interested in buying it, the car will speak for itself.... When that happens, I will then go all out on my Mini :) But the HEAT is insane this summer! yes the road is calling, but for a car with airconditioning!

No, won't be this summer... but, the way things are going, hopefully by Christmas. Next summer for sure though.
Yeah the floor was hacked up and rotted badly. The previous owner's body man was a hacker and didn't do anything the right way. Just study a couple pics of my Mini and you'll see what I mean. It looked like a solid car when I got it but it wasn't.
It's going to be 100% solid once I'm finished with it though :D
