Whatever rocks, whether it be rock, reggae, classical, jazz, tribal rhythms or anything else. Lyrics can tell a story, but I love instrumental music that can take you through the full range of emotions without ever saying a word... the music alone speaks volumes.

BTW...I'm sorry but I cannot and will not email or post a funny song or bit you heard on your favorite radio show...I would never disrespect the rightful owner by distributing THEIR property. Be resourceful, tape it yourself...the show is replayed twice a day (I have a huge personal collection because I made the effort to tape it every day so I'd never miss one magic moment..you can too.)! If you have a great idea for a song, do it yourself and send it in...everything is listened to. If it's good, it may get played. If it is "almost there but not quite" someone may email you with a few suggestions for minor adjustments.
