Independent recording artists out of Toledo, Ohio. INDEPENDANT meaning, we run our own operation. There are no dreams of contracts over here. (Nor an option)
Since 1999 we been working on our art, fine tuning our sound & will continue to do that until something out of our control halts us. Different labels and people come and go. We don’t expect our music & outlook on life in general to be accepted by everyone. We are humans, simply discussing the way we live and the role we each play, each day.
* Understand, we have no problem working with majors when it comes to producing & song writing.
Hopefully music changes:
Music can alter your mood, open up things inside of you, you were unaware existed. Music can set the mood at a funeral....music can set you off to the point there may have to be a funeral! There’s music to fit nearly any scenario you can think of, and that’s a beautiful thing. Music can be used as a weapon, mentally and emotionally scaring people. Music can be used to heal a aching head or heart......To us, music is our life.
"I do my best to capture and record my raw emotion, so anyone feeling like me at that time, can have some real music to play. I adapt to my surroundings, & change with the lighting. I go through modes. not mood swings. "modes" I empathize. Instead of focusing on my struggles and my day to day. I’m going to try to talk about our struggle & our day to day. You need to sit back and really take a look at yourself. What are you actually doing? Who are YOU, really?
I’m not a child, I’m a grown man. I know exactly who I am.
I don’t need to prove anything to anyone, I don’t need any attention & don’t want any attention drawn to me. I will continue to do ME, and I still wont lie for no one. If I’m on point, I’m on point. But in the same breathe I’m a human, & I want to do my best to respect other humans. I want my music to reflect that. Good luck to anyone out there chasing something.
