My Dad for being a good example of what a man should be. My Mom for showing me what true strength of character was by how she took care of Dad during his final years. My Uncles Bill and Archie for being the great teachers of life. And, of course, my wife for teaching me compassion and making me want to be a better person.

About me: I'm a painter and photographer always trying to improve my skills. I work in traditional black and white as well as digital photography. I paint in oils, acrylic, and pastel. I also belong to several local and national art groups and participate in competitions and shows. I have also had work published in comics and have self-published comics and am working as an editorial cartoonist for a national trade paper.

I have an image I am going off of from an abortion website. It will not be exact, because of color choices, but I know what you mean about looking up fetus... it is some graphic stuff! Next week I was going to work more on the fetus, I haven't worked as hard as I did the background, because and only because I just had a rough sketch of what I wanted to portray, not the image to look from... next week it will be finished, mostly. But I agree about the gravestones, the stair affect works!!!
about my drawing--i haven't drawn in about 2 or so years so this was my first one, i actually like it pretty better than the others, i don't know i guess i like the abstract look of it!
i'm going to take part in the student show, and i plan on putting together a small collection this summer. with my inspiration pics. i am really enjoying me life drawing class, and plan on doing a collection of fat ladies. so yes! side show for sure, please send info, and thank you for my comments, it always helps to hear someones opinion outside of our class.
hey i'm working on a new painting I have it posted under "my pictures" something like that.... It is about skydiving. Need some imput from someone that normally knows that they are talking about! haha!
HELLO!!!! I didnt know you were in the show too! Im right across from you, Im on the main brick wall. The big painting is in the doorway....Any suggestions on what I can do to the ground. The floor boards in front of my piece are tore up and dangerous to walk on. Your wall is fun. Jesus totally listens to the ipod!
