Bio:

I am all that I am - Poet, Writer, Spoken Word Artist, whatever I need to be -Therefore I am! - Born in Meridian, MS, Educated and Graduated - Jackson State University "Jackson Fair, Jackson Dear, Thee I love my dear old college home, Thee I love where ever I may roam!" - Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. "Goodwill is the monarch of this house" - Living in Milwaukee, WI "It ain't where you from, it's were you at!" I march to the beat of my own drum in my own band with my own rhythm. I do my thing! My son Jonathan is the man! My motivation! I am a full time artist. I have a complete book of poetry (I Dream) and two CDs of my work (I Dream and Soul Searching). I am available for features. I was on the Milwaukee National Slam Team (For the 5th time). I was/am captain of the Milwaukee Midwest Slam League team (Champions 3 or 4 years in a row - I quit counting). I won the 2006 Akoben/Word Up! National Slam. I was apart of the Brother's Speak Feature Series in Toronto Canada. And many other features and workshops. I also do creative writing workshops. I have a program entitled "I Am", which can be tailored for every scenario and age group. The Workshop concentrates on the importance of self-awareness and individuals telling the story they know best, the one about themselves. I am available for features and workshops.
