I am a serious Funky Junkie!!! Don't get it twisted though, I do listen to other genres aswell. Besides the Funky Junkie title I also am know as the Slow Jam Queen. I have to admit I've been slacking on this title though.... The Queen musta been beheaded by now!!! Don't worry though, I WILL be back..... LOL
Queen of Sheba is the writer/music journalist of the "funky house" scene. She is the person behind the blogsite "It's A UK Funky Movement!!" which was has been recognised by many web sufers in the very early stages of its creation. It has also been placed as an external link under "UK Funky" on Wikipedia just 3 days after launch.
Queen of Sheba is working closely with members at the forefront of the Funky movement such as the likes of Diamond In Da Ruff Limited and UKFunky.Com to name a few. Being a self-confessed Funky Junkie, this places Queen of Sheba in her desired place for main focus, working in a genre of which she is known to love.
In addition to this, Queen of Sheba is also working with the likes of D101 Magazine, Urbanworld.Co.Uk and Beatportal.Com but is also looking for new platforms where she can showcase her work and talents.
Queen of Sheba also writes about various other ad-hoc subjects in addition to her journalism career and hopes to collate these pieces of work into a book someday.
ALL feedback on her work is appreciated.
Queen of Sheba is also a member of the Kano and Makeida World street teams.
