About me: We are a small budget, young 501c3 nonprofit with BIG dreams. We present high-quality performances and workshops with Master Artists from around the world in the local Washington, DC metro area. We currently focus mostly on Arabic, North African, Turkish, Balkan and Romani dance and music from around the world.
We host 2 annual festivals: Balktoberfest in October (an all-volunteer Balkan event) and Herdeljezi International Rom (Gypsy) Music and Dance festival in the Spring, plus smaller performances and workshops throughout the year...
