| General | Umm...music...then there's music...then there's God...then there's my AWESOME friends...and love my dog...love theater, dance, arts of all sorts, writing, worship, the list just goes on and on... | | Music | For sure!! | | Movies | Loving movies...quite a variety really...not big on meaningless violence or horror...always love a happy ending...chick flicks are great, but I love a little action and a lot of laughs, too... | | Television | not a lot of time for it, quite frankly, but when i find time...or set the vcr...definitely an ER junkie...also love myself some 24 - i'm catching up, i really am...for sure the tear-jerkers like Extreme Home Makeovers...(cause I am a girl, after all) | | Books | Love a good fiction and a good mystery...Blue Like Jazz is amazing...still love my happy endings...love to read plays and definitely am inspired by the likes of Dutch Sheets, Charles Swindoll, Max Lucado...their work inspires me to draw ever nearer... but not enough time to really dig in to books as much as I'd like... | | Heroes | Jesus!! Deborah and Miriam (two hip Bible chicks who really knew how to get on some praise and warfare for what really counts...and two women who weren't afraid to jump in and grab their destiny by the horns! Also my mom and grandmothers...they are amazing women and I want to be more and more like them...I just hope I age as gracefully and beautifully as they have through the years! There are so many people to count as heroes in my life, most of them only famous in my little world and community, but definitely heroes...and I hope they know who they are...cause I hope I tell them enough how much I love them and appreciate their examples... |
