I like to think there are any number of "wells" one can fall into with music, none being better than the other but simply different. For me, I enjoy visiting most of the wells.
Singing in the studio, while working on a project, is one of my greatest passions. However, my formal education is not in music. I hold a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing with a minor in Psychology from the University of Tennessee. Still, my dream was always to sing, and perhaps someday record. I am currently working on an all original project with John Sutton, as well as Anna Owens and Todd Lombardo. This new project will be geared toward an Americana sound. My current CD, "Love's Journey," was released, May 2009. This project features two original songs, "Love's Journey," and the other, "For A Moment You Were Mine," written with my co-writer John Sutton. This entire collection of songs features a Celtic/Irish sound. My first CD, "Remember Me," features some of Nashville's finest guitarist playing solos on the old country standards. Some of the musicians include, Russ Barenberg, Todd Lombardo, Pete Huttlinger, John Knowles, Billy Kemp, and Harold Bradley.
