About Darcy Yates

I play bass or have played bass for;Flash Lightnin', Amy Millan, The Great Lake Swimmers, Greg Hobbs, Corin Raymond, The Undesirables, Aengus Finnan, The Beauties, Hayes Carll, Fred Eaglesmith, Roger Marin, Portico, Jimmy Bowskill and many others. I have played on Dozens of records and have played thousands of shows throughout my career. I have gotten the pleasure of opening for, or sharing the stage with lots of great artists such as; Willie Nelson, Del McCoury band, Rancid, Steve Earle and Ron Sexsmith just to name a few. Music has allowed me to travel the world over and over again and see all kinds of things that I would otherwise never have seen.
