Drawing from a wide range of influences like Donny Hathaway, Faith Evans, Daryl Coley and Sandy Patti, Darien's music is a reflection of both the past and present. His music speaks of life, love, faith and so much more.
Darien has worked with a host of talented artists, having toured with gospel great William Becton and R&B star Jaheim. He has been featured on projects by hip hop legend Pete Rock and UK “drum & bass” pioneers, 4Hero. And of course Darien has recorded extensively with Little Brother and the rest of the Hall of Justus family.

It is important to us to be able to provide a venue that empowers community residents, businesses, entrepreneurs and all who are interested in creating cultural, educational and business opportunities for everyone; this event will be held in Tribeca a beautiful 7 million dollar loft formely owned by Hip Hop Mogul Damon Dash. We continue this commitment with our next event, Pastry Tasting for Charity, on November 22, 2009. This event supports the Food Bank For New York City we will raise together 10,000 for 1.3 million New Yorkers in the tri-state New York area that use food pantries such as this. Admission: $25 and a non perishable food item.
