Hands of Kali presents Dark Avenue, a monthly night of live music and cabaret performance based on film noir and flavored with slinky, gritty 1940s style.
-- along with dark and dangerous hands of kali bellydance action, we'll have the jazzy-bluesy circus sounds of bakelite 78, the naughty n wild cabaret stylings of babette la fave, tribal bellydance by medea, and ambiance courtesy of dj dubonnet. the whole thing is hosted by our very own diva la deviant. at the funhouse, 206 5th ave. n., near seattle center. doors at 9, show starts at 10. seven bucks gets you in the door.
