I like old movies where the bad guy was actually afraid of the hero and a chase scene was the good guy trying to catch the bad guy.
Favorite movies: "The Magnificent Seven, Devil in a blue dress. Sidney Poitier movies, Kirk Douglass movies, Westerns, Shaft (the new one), The Ref,Star Trek (II,III,IV,VI)
Hated Movies: Titanic, Ever After, Minority Report, Tombstone, Serenity, Scarface.
Television
Gunsmoke, the night stalker, 60's star trek, dick van dyke, Andy Griffith, Have gun will travel and many more.
I hate heroes what a geeky show! I Also hate reality shows since I actually live in reality what's the point?

Dragonlance, the illustrated man, starship troopers, the belgariad, Master of the five magics. George Foreman's biography is a must read for a spiritual black man and Evander holyfield's bio was pretty good too. Also "The Negroes Civil War" is a must read.
The bible. (This is the only true MUST read!)
Heroes
The flawless son of God! He is the only true hero for he saves eternally. I also think my parents were pretty heroic for not killing a horrible child like me. ( I was really bad!)

Have a "HAPPY FATHER'S" day........... Father ? What does that one simple word mean? By it's self, not much, just another word. But when you add a child to the mix one gets a whole new twist on the word FATHER. A father is one who has nourished a seed with love, wisdom and warmth. He has been a provider, guidance counselor and friend. Many times he has had to be harsh, stubborn and aggressive- but those times it was more likely to have been out of love and concern, the desire to protect his, from all harm. Are you a Father? We know, it takes a man, a real "MAN" to be a father- the job is not for everyone, we have seen seeds that were improperly handled and the seed was unable to grow to it's full potential. I believe "YOU" are that MAN if you can say- "I gave it my all, with the power's that were vested in me". To plant a seed does not necessarily mean to impregnate, to be a Father one has but to give ones all to a child, to assist that child in some meaningful way in becoming the best he/she can be. Remember....live every day to the fullest. Each minute is a blessing from God. And never forget....children make a difference in our lives, they are our future. If you see a child without a smile today give them one of yours! Live simply. Love seriously. Care deeply. Speak kindly.
Hey Lou, I hope you've enjoyed your day and that your weekend will be even greater. I've been in the mist of the "STORM'S of LIFE", as we all may experienced at one time or another, but now the winds have cleared and the sun is shining on a new day. Those things that seem greater than "US", really aren't, we just have to put them in their place and keep on walking, because if we stop and allow ourselves to be defeated- indeed we have lost the battle, before it has begun. I am soooo, thankful to have you on the other end of this box, just thinking about "YOU" brings a smile to my face. Thank "YOU" for being there and being a friend, as always, mucho love and respect.

Recently, I added a new song to my music player called, "Always" which might be one of the best songs I've written so far. Tthe chorus was scored for an entire violin section, however, in studio, I had one violinist, Jan "Yes I Can" Sullins. I asked her to single handedly create the sound of a "Hollywood style" string section. This is almost like telling someone, "Please jump rope one handed 10 times while monkeys nip at your feet."
Lucky for me, Jan worked some magic and now you can hear it on track 1 in my music player. It's called "Always" and is from my upcoming album, "Awakening," to be released June 16th.
