    HOLY F*cking SHIT

    I sincerely hope you sent that blog to someone at United - those bastards deserve to know what they're doing to their customers. Also, you should request not just a refund of your FULL ticket (round trip) but also the money back on the tickets you bought for the concert you missed due to their complete incompetence. Disgustingly outrageous.
