Dark Rectum was formed a long, long time ago in a galaxy far, far away (1991 St. Pete), by founding members Buck Satan & The Reverend Penis Pus(AKA cultusatanas, The Rules). After Buck was ran over by an electric lawnmower which later pursued a career in medicine to reconstruct his deformed penis, and the Reverend was incarcerated for a number of years in a Florida State Prison for mugging old ladys for beer money. The band was put into rock star limbo. In 1996 The Reverend met up with current bandmate Geebleover the Glankhead on guitar & former members The Madame Hair Farmer-Guitar(joined the cast of CATZ), The Violator AKA Dr. Orthopenis Bloodclot of The Dead Whores-Lead Vox(sentenced to life in a UTAH prison for public masterbation), The Treehugger-Guitar(K.I.A. during a Cumstock convention) and countless other band mates including Jim Ross of Bandwhore/Necropia on bass, Killem Koresh of Cursid Ruin on drums, Steve "Busby" Newsome-Vox for a day. Nick Johnson of Sharkbait/MI-drummer for a day. After a short tour of the Haines Road Circuit & the infamous Pagan wedding gig of 10/31/1999 with local favourites The Dead Whores, the band split up to persue other interests i.e. Filming pornographic movies with monkeys, talking young children into worshipping satan, etc. The band has once again risen from the shit pile with the addition of Mikey Boy (none other than the Reverends first born child...praise SATAN)on skins. What's in store for 20?? The Reverend tells us they have recorded a new split album with bay area underground band Spanky & the Butt Monkeys due out in stores soon.
