MusicVanessa Mae, Van Halen, Scorpions (and other 80s rock) and lots of DDR/beatmania/BEMANI soundtracks.
MoviesAnything by Hayao Miyazaki (Princess Mononoke, Spirited Away, Kiki's Delivery Service), Akira or Ghost in the Shell.

Some of my other favorite movies are Monty Python's Holy Grail , The Princess Bride (INCONCEIVABLE!) and Spaceballs (among other Mel Brooks' classics)
