Dark Tragedy est un groupe de Thrash/Heavy Metal, fondé en 2008 par les 2 guitaristes, Sebastien (19ans) et Romain (18 ans). Originaire de la région Toulousaine en France, ils recrutèrent Thibault (18 ans) à la basse et Vivien (17 ans) à la batterie. Ensemble, ils décidèrent de mener un projet professionnel dans le monde de la musique.
En 2008, ils enchainèrent les concerts dans les bars, et les petites scènes et commencèrent à composer pour une démo.
En décembre 2008, ils entrèrent en studio pour enregistrer "Temptation" leur première démo de trois titres. A tendance thrash métal, "Temptation" est un mélange des influences principales de Sebastien et Romain à savoir Pantera, Metallica, Iron Maiden et Symphony X. Et depuis Mars 2009, Dark Tragedy a enfin une voix, Jeremy alias Jorick.
Aujourd'hui, le groupe est en composition pour préparer un 1er album pour 2010 contenant d'une dizaine de titres.

Dark Tragedy is a Thrash/Heavy Metal band, created in 2008 by the two guitarists, Sebastien (19 yr) et Romain (18 yr). From the France near Toulouse, they recruited Thibault (18 yr), the bassist, and Vivien (17 yr) at the drums. They decided together to lead a professional music project.
In 2008, they performed in many pubs and began to write songs in order to record a demo.
In December 2008, they recorded "Temptation", their first demo with 3 songs. "Temptation", which sounds like thrash metal, is the product from principals influencies from Sebastien and Romain : Pantera, Metallica, Iron Maiden and Symphony X. Since March 2009, Jeremy a.k.a Jorick has joined the band as vocals.
Now, the band writes songs for a future album with 10 songs and more for 2010.
