Darling Cait is an indie music and fashion darling. A Recording Artist, Singer/Songwriter, Arranger and Producer. Currently preparing to release her debut single, "I'm Like A Ninja", her much-anticipated debut features the work of musician/producers Ian McGlynn and Dave Macarone (Shy Talkers).
Classically-rooted yet whimsically innovative, Darling Cait's sound is both nostalgic yet fresh with the quirky minimalism of acoustic toys. Based on her personal experiences, her music playfully infuses timeless themes and pop culture. Coming off as the love child of Marilyn Monroe and The White Stripes, this coquettish crooner transports you to the playful yet dark fairytale world of a small town girl who dares to dream.
In Spring 2008, indie label Burning Sky Records released Darling Cait's cover of "PRECIOUS MOMENTS" featuring trumpet virtuoso JOEY PERO on The Posies Tribute Album Project. It was released to the media with a limited promotional EP as well as the Official Full Length Album. This marked her recording debut (with her unique arrangement on toy instruments) and was met with critical acclaim. "PRECIOUS MOMENTS" has been broadcasting internationally and is available in stores and online including iTunes.
