Darling was formed in the fall of 2003 out of angst of living at our parents place and spending the same $10 a night on Old Style at the same crappy bar. Darling has persisted in Chicago these past 4 years, in and out of the hibernation of wintertime, and has played with the likes of Make Believe, The Robot Ate Me, Red Crayola, and Norfolk and Western.
Darling was recently review in Bootleg magazine and here is a brief excerpt, "Ground is Sound is beautifully frantic, a drawn out eruption of restrained emotion, like a long dream laced with tension."
