Panevezys formation D.A.R, which combines hardcore, thrash, brutal death and many other styles, rallied in autumn of 1997, the initial members being Audrius (guitars), Dovaras (drums) and Kestas (bass, vocals). The composition of the band changed during the years. D.A.R participated in a number of concerts in their region "New Faces", "Night Zone", "Hard Dream", Panevezys city days, festivals "Kilkim zaibu", "Pop Art" and supported the rock band DISCIPLE (USA) as well as the US brutal death monsters CANNIBAL CORPSE who visited Lithuania in the autumn of 2004.
In 2004 the musicians issued their first demo "Demorazas", and the live recording of one concert in Vilnius called "Metalinis griausmas" was issued in 2005. In the same year the former drummer was replaced by Mangis, a member of Vilnius grind/death/black band GROL. In early 2006 the band organised a mini tour in Lithuanian towns along with other local and neighbouring bands.
