I love to draw. I like art shows, craft shows, flea markets, museums,
I love sunsets. And I love those Dr. Frankenstien thunder storms. And I love soft music (snuggling).
I also like the old radio shows, like "Inner Sanctum", "Lights Out", "Hermit's Cave", & "Sherlock Holmes".
And Christmas is my favorite holiday! I love Christmas and (Who) it represents.
One of my biggest pet peaves is arrogance. And I despise arrogant people.
Music
Mostly, Light jazz & classical
Movies
When it comes to movies I'm not too picky. I've been getting into classic movies these days. My favorites are the classic Charlie Chan movies of the 30's & 40's! (Sidney Toler's my favorite Charlie Chan).
I like Sherlock Holmes Movies (God Bless Basil Rathbone)! Comedy, my favorites are Ma & Pa Kettle movies.
I like classic horror; such as Vincent Price, Bela Lagosi, & Boris Karloff.
And I like some documentaries. My favorite one, is Ghost Of The Abyss; (Fascinating film).
And last, but definatley not least, Disney and Pixar animation.
Television
Don't watch much TV, (Sick of the news, sick of politics), and I'm especially sick of the graphic violence and the garbage that's on tv that some people dismiss as "family entertainment". But when I do watch TV, it's mostly Food TV, TCM, (Turner Classic Movies), Dr. Who, and my all time favorite for my line of profession... Cartoon Network.
Books
Don't do too much reading. Don't have the patience. Mostly internet. But I have a Sherlock Holmes book I
get out from time to time, And I read my Bible.
About me: I'm a freelance cartoonist! And I have my own line of greeting cards. I love people, and I love making them laugh. There's a lot of negative people in this world, that love to tear people down. But I don't want to do that. I want to make a differance. I want to make you laugh. And that's what my work is all about. I try to keep my cartoons positive and upbeat. My signature character of Professor Hyras VanMeltin, is a good example of what I'm talking about. He has a humorous approach to every day situations, which is what a lot of my work is based on, while others are just off the wall stuff. I'm not a political cartoonist, because politics bores the heck out of me. I've posted some of my work, so feel free to take a look, and let me know whatcha think.
