When Darren Flowers was just a growing boy, he used to fill his parent's house with the sounds of The Temptations, Marvin Gaye and The Jackson 5. He would dance at the drop of a beat and take advantage of any opportunity he had to perform. It is no surprise that this fun-loving, outgoing kid from Moore, OK grew to be a soulful touring singer/songwriter who’s heart provides the rhythm to every song he creates. “My music is totally based on the way I feel. It is therapy for me,” says Darren Flowers, who made a name for himself by touring all over the US with nothing but a guitar and catchy song or two. It was one of these so called routine nights on stage at The Golden Light in Amarillo, TX where Darren met a friend of popular producer Cary Pierce. Not a week went by before they were planning Darren Flowers' debut full length album "Right Now". “Right Now” is to be released on the ForEverything Records Label on November 30th, 2010 and was produced by Cary Pierce (Graham Colton, Guster, Jackopierce, Creede Williams)and includes musicians such as Tiger Darrow, Ethan Kaufmann (Ryan Cabrera), Jacob Schrodt (Ben Rector, Chris August).
